hey! i have a few questions about working out and stuff. well first, how do i squeeze in workouts/going jogging during the week. i'm really busy with school and keeping up my grades. would wii fit be an effective replacement/workout? and also, can i go running in cheerleading sneakers, or training/basketball sneakers? sorry this is so long!

Going in the morning is a great time to workout! However, you have to have the self control to get up and go instead of just roll over in bed when your alarm goes off. I’d recommend sleeping in work out clothes and then just getting up and going in the morning so that you don’t have to think about it/ your mind can’t catch up to what you’re doing before it’s done. :)

Certain things on the wii fit burn more calories than others, but I highly advise you to get out and run or go to the gym to get the maximum amount of work out done.

It doesn’t matter what shoes you run in if you’re not doing it everyday (if you are, then I would try and buy shoes made for running). However, if your basketball sneakers are the kind that are high up on your ankle, I would not run in those. I hope I helped you :)xx
