I live in Texas :) It’s January 17th and this morning it was about 64 degrees (although it also had wind, so it felt like 40, but all the same. Not exactly Canada). So, to answer your question, yes I do go running in the winter. I wear under armor underneath Nike shorts with a long sleeved t-shirt. I’m not sure where you are, but if you’re the same as I am then you can just wear leggings underneath running shorts if you don’t have those certain leggings/shorts. If it’s colder than here, run in sweats and a sweatshirt, and if you live in a place with 5 ft of snow, go to the gym :) **VERY important: Try and wear gloves and a hat/earmuffs (like the ones that wrap around your head) because studies show that having your fingers or ears cold makes you a lot colder than your arms/legs/body would be otherwise. Also keep in mind that when you get going, you heat up. Fast. When I first walk outside I’m freezing, but after 5 minutes of jogging around I’m sweating in a jacket.
Like I said before, it’s hard to tell you what to wear since it could be any range of temperature, but I hope I’ve helped you out! :)
